In this hands-on class, we will make 3 hand-rolled pastas each with an accompanying sauce.

Malloredes with Pumpkin Cream sauce
Once completed, we will all sit and share what we have made.

A Trio of Shortbread Cookies Saturday March 1st 1p-3p
In this (mostly) demonstration class, you will learn to make 3 unique shortbread cookies. Each of these would make a lovely hostess gift and are perfect for an Afternoon Tea.
- Chai Shortbread
- Rosemary-Cornmeal Shortbread
- Strawberry Shortbread
Students will be able to take home an assortment of at least two dozen cookies.
$50 per person, strictly limited to 8 students.
Three Pastas: One Light, One Hearty & One Robust Sunday March 9th 3p-6p
In this (mostly) demonstration class, you will learn to make all 3 pasta dishes.
- Light: Lemon Capellini
- Hearty: Orecchiette with Palermo Sausage and Broccoli
- Robust: Rigatoni alla Putanessca
Once completed, we will all sit and eat together and share what we have made.

Elevate Your Breakfasts Sunday April 6th 11a-2p
Elevate your breakfast offering!
In this (mostly) demonstration class, you will learn to make:
- Blueberry Dutch Babies
- Shakshuka
- Breakfast Sliders...we'll also teach you to make your own breakfast sausage!
- We'll also make an adult Mimosa and one for kids!
Once completed, we will all sit and eat together and share what we have made

You and your group can participate as much as you like in a hands-on setting or sit and relax and learn in a demonstration setting.....it's up to you and your group.
