What's a "Street" Taco?
These are two-three bite tacos you would buy from a food truck and they would be served with a big spoonful of savory refried beans.
In this (mostly) demonstration class, you will learn to make your own Mexican Chorizo, refried beans and home made corn tortillas. Perfect for a Street Taco Party!
Students will sit together and dine on what we have made.
